Calypso! What have you done?
You were the wise one!
You were the cold one!
Queen of control is what we used to call you
How could you fail to make this kid fall in line?
Oh Billy you're a tough one
To classify and grade
To catalog and break down
To imprison in chains
And when we think we've got you
All figured out anew
We're left without a clue
Oh Billy, who are you?
And here I thought that she could fix what's wrong inside your head
Manipulating you as you navigated through
This maze that we fabricated right in front of you
Oh Calypso... How could you fail?
How could this be true?

A really wonderful soundtrack, backed by some newer faces who carry their weight in spades. The number of tracks I could swear were David Wise, only to be Matt Griffin, was surprising. I hope Griffin and Murdoch go on to compose more like this in the future. It's hard to choose favorites, but Turbine Trouble - Tidal and Cliffside Quest - Cold are masterclasses in melodic beauty.
Jordan Vauvert
